Who is responsible
The business operating this website is responsible for information submitted through it. Verified entity and contact details are published here once confirmed.
What we collect
Audit and callback forms ask for your name, mobile number, practice type and city; the full form also requires your practice name. Speciality, email, website or Google profile link, goal, budget, timing, current marketing provider and notes are optional. An audit requested from your marketing score includes that score and the gaps you selected. The project brief asks for your name, business name, mobile number, business type and message; email and website are optional, with engagement and coverage choices for context. A short callback popup, when enabled, asks for mobile, email and what you need. Do not include patient, financial-account or other sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, prepare the audit or callback you asked for, and decide which offer fits. We do not use it for advertising, sell it or add you to a marketing list.
Who can see it
Only the team members who handle enquiries. If we forward new-request notifications to our email or customer-management tool, that provider processes the same details on our behalf. Hosting and anti-bot checks are provided by Cloudflare.
How the enquiry is handled
Every request—audit, callback or project brief—is validated and stored so the team can reply; the audit form and project brief are also protected by an anti-bot check. Your consent and the page you sent it from are recorded with it. Requests are deleted automatically after 30 days unless an engagement begins.
Analytics and cookies
No analytics, advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts are installed. A light/dark preference and cookie choice may be stored in your browser. Planner and brand-check answers stay in your browser page.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store your email address, the date of consent and a daily-rotating anonymised network tag used only for abuse prevention. Every email has an unsubscribe route, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.
Your choices
You can ask for a submitted enquiry to be corrected or deleted through the contact page. We do not sell enquiry information or add you to a marketing list.
